AE Plastics is a full service signage company, established in 1976. Our scope of work includes initial planning and design, manufacture, project management and installation. All manufacturing is done in one centralised production facility in Wadeville, Gauteng. Our modern 4000m² factory is well equipped with state of the art equipment and machinery.

We produce a wide range of high quality signage custom built to suit your specific needs, whether it is for a single signage application or a full roll out program. Over many years our team has built up the skills required to consistently produce quality signage, manufactured to specification and delivered on time. We work extensively throughout Southern Africa, as well as other African countries.

OUR SERVICES INCLUDE

• Design
  Signage design and prototyping. Photorealistic artwork proposals and 3D rendering.
  
  
• Project Management
  Signage projects are managed from the design phase, through to council and landlord approval, manufacture, installation and on site supervision.
  
  
• Manufacture:
• Perspex Fabrication - letters and logos can be fabricated to any style or shape for a wide range of colours and materials.
• Metal Work - a well equipped metal shop with the capacity to produce large metal structures.
• Metal letter fabrication - metal letters can be fabricated from sheet metal, aluminium and stainless steel.
• LED - the latest LED lighting technology specifically suited for sign boxes and channel letters.
• Neon - all neon tube bending and pumping is done in-house by master glass-blowers.
  
  
• Installation
  Installations are done throughout South Africa and other African countries. Where required, access equipment such as boom lifts, scaffolding, rope access and cranes are utilised.
  
  
• Servicing
  After sales service and maintenance to ensure signs remain in good working order.
